5-Year Limited Warranty
We build foggers to last. Every qualifying Createch fogger is backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry, giving you confidence that your investment is protected for years to come.
Createch USA Inc. warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers the repair or replacement of the product, at Createch USA Inc.’s sole discretion.
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must notify Createch USA Inc. in writing during the warranty period and submit a completed Repair Request Form with the returned product.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Createch USA Inc. for warranty evaluation. If the product is determined to have a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, Createch USA Inc. will repair or replace the product and pay the return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Createch USA Inc., including any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import/export charges.
If the product is found not to be covered under this Limited Warranty, Createch USA Inc. will provide a repair estimate. Repairs will only be performed after customer approval, and the customer will be responsible for all repair and return shipping charges.
Authorized dealers and distributors are not permitted to modify this Limited Warranty or make additional warranties on behalf of Createch USA Inc.
Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Createch USA Inc. disclaims all other express, implied, or statutory warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Createch USA Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use arising from the use of our products. Createch USA Inc.’s maximum liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the repair or replacement of the original product, at our sole discretion.

To begin the repair process, please complete the Please fill out this form and include it inside the package with your product. Ship your unit to the address listed on the form.
Once your equipment arrives, our technicians will inspect it and contact you by phone or email with a repair estimate, including the cost of return shipping. No repairs will be performed until the estimate has been approved and payment has been received.
Most repairs are completed within one business day after approval, allowing us to return your equipment as quickly as possible.
Createch USA Inc. is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment to our facility. Products damaged due to inadequate packaging or shipping may require additional repairs not covered under warranty.
